You feel it in the way you brace before you open the calendar. In the tiredness that a weekend does not fix. In the woman you keep catching in the mirror and not quite recognising.
You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not too old, too tired, or too far gone.
You are a woman who has been living inside a story someone else wrote. And somewhere in your body, you already know it.
The same wisdom, told three ways. Take whichever one you can hear today.

The Podcast
Real women over fifty telling the truth about who they became. Nobody famous, no highlight reel, just the messy middle and the part where it turns. And yes, I will explain that word. She is not a hag in a fairy tale. She is the wise one, and this is me giving her back her good name.
Listen to the storiesThe Letter
A letter every Monday morning, carrying what the women in the circle have lived and what I have learned sitting with them. It reads like a note from a friend a few steps ahead of you. Honest, a little funny, and yours for the price of an email address.

HELLO, I'M KAREN
I'm a story keeper and a space holder for women over 50 who are ready to stop performing a life they did not consciously choose.
I spent thirty years in holistic wellness, life coaching and adult education, building real businesses the whole way through. I am a mother and a grandmother. And somewhere in all of it I noticed that women tell the truest things when someone finally asks. So now I ask. I keep the stories, and I pass them around the circle.
If you have read this far, we are probably meant to know each other.

Your Welcome Gift
Why you can't let go, and what to do about it.
You did not come here to fold sweaters. You came here because there is a drawer you keep closing, a cupboard you speed past, and a box you have moved through three houses and never once opened.
This guide is about why. You will learn to pick up any object and know, in about four seconds, whether you are keeping the thing or keeping the story stuck to it. And what to do with the story so the thing can finally go.
The stuff was never the stuff.
Free. Yours to keep.

If that is you, you are in the right place. You built this life. Which means you're the only one who can build something different.
